The Smart Car 4Two Cup provided plenty of close racing for fans at the final two races of 2011 at Brands Hatch on November 19th.
These two close races saw David Moore claim victory in race one with Jake Jackson first to cross the line in race two.
Race One In the morning’s race pole sitter David Moore led the field away. However from there it turned into a three way battle with race commentator turned race car driver Ben Constanduros battling with Sarah Moore for second and then David Moore for the lead of the race. However the battle between the top three was upset when Ben Constanduros had to retire to the garage with five laps left. Tom Mills inherited third only to be overtaken by Jake Jackson in the last laps of the twenty minute race. At the end of the race Sarah was able to close the margin to her brother David finishing a close 3.5 seconds behind him.

Race Two A race one victory for David Moore saw him again on pole for the second and final 4Two Cup race of the day. He led the field away while behind him Jake Jackson got the jump on Sarah Moore off the start to move up into second. From there Jackson began to chase David, overtaking him for the lead on lap four. After his retirement in the first race Ben Constanduros was the biggest mover in the opening laps, moving up to 4th from his starting position of 11th. As the race entered the final stages Constanduros put considerable pressure on Sarah who was able to hold him off to crossing the line third.
